The HOA covers lawn care, landscaping, irrigation and exterior painting for $325 a month, which keeps this a low maintenance home whether you live here full time or for the season. Public water and sewer and all-electric systems keep the day-to-day simple. Rentals are allowed with a 30-day minimum, subject to HOA and PGA-POA approval, with no subleasing. PGA National is home to the Champion Course and the Cognizant Classic, and no club membership is required to live here. An optional membership adds five championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, fitness and the spa. The PGA National Resort is within walking distance, and Burwick Park sits right next door. PGA Blvd, The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, I-95 and the Turnpike are all minutes from the gate, and the sand at Juno Beach is about 15 minutes east.
